If AI feels confusing, overwhelming, or frustrating — you’re not alone

Maybe you’ve:

  • Tried tools but don’t know what to do after the first prompt
  • Felt pressure to “learn AI” without clarity on what actually matters
  • Seen impressive demos that don’t translate to your day-to-day work
  • Wondered whether you’re even approaching AI the right way

This program exists for that in-between space — when you’re curious, capable, and ready to explore, but don’t want a generic course or checklist.

Who This is for

This program is for professionals who:

  • Are curious about AI but don’t want hype or overwhelm
  • Want to feel more confident using AI in their work
  • Learn best by trying, reflecting, and iterating
  • Want space to ask real questions — not just watch demos
  • Care about how they work, not just what tools they use

You don’t need to be technical.
You don’t need a specific use case before you join.
You do need curiosity and a willingness to experiment.

What this program is (and what it isn’t)

Make AI Work for You is not:

  • A lecture series
  • A list of tools to memorize
  • A one-size-fits-all curriculum

It is:

  • A guided, hands-on space to experiment with AI in your own way
  • A chance to develop a way of working with AI that actually fits you
  • A program that adapts to you and what you want to explore

You won’t be told “here’s what you should build.”
You’ll be supported in discovering what you want to build — and how to do it.

What to expect

Instead of a rigid syllabus, the program moves through a few clear phases:

Getting oriented
Build an intuitive, practical understanding of how to work with AI — especially in conversation.

Getting focused
Clarify what you want help with and where AI could actually support your work right now.

Trying things in practice
Experiment, get unstuck, and learn through real use — with guidance and shared reflection.

Making it yours
Leave with a clearer way of working and the confidence to keep experimenting on your own.

What changes by the end of the program

By the end of the program, participants often leave with:

  • More confidence using AI without overthinking it
  • A clearer sense of where AI fits — and where it doesn’t
  • Less friction and frustration when experimenting
  • A way of working they can continue evolving after the program

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s momentum, clarity, and trust in your own judgment.

My role

I’ll guide the sessions, notice patterns, help people get unstuck, and offer perspective when things feel unclear — drawing from my background in psychology and hands-on experience using AI in real work settings.

My role isn’t to tell you what to build.
It’s to help you make sense of what you want to build — and support you as you explore it.
